Ocean Two is managed by Ocean Hotels, which owns and successfully operates two other hotels on the South Coast of Barbados: Sea Breeze Beach Hotel, a four star, all-inclusive property on Maxwell Coast Road, and South Beach Hotel, a three star, self-catering property in Rockley.
Ocean Hotels is a subsidiary of Montrose Holdings Ltd., which has been in existence on the island for over 50 years and with businesses in the agricultural and real estate sectors. The real estate arm of the business has built five developments on the island in the past 20 years, and has an excellent track record for a superior quality product.

Patricia joined Ocean Hotels in 2009 and has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her previous experience includes business and leisure hotels, jungle resorts, and attractions both regionally and locally including Bougainvillea Beach Resort, Ocean Park and Condotel (Beach View). Patricia is Immediate Past President of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association and a Board Member.
Mr. Paul Collymore
Operations Manager
Paul has been involved in the hospitality industry with a focus on operations management for the last (13) thirteen years. During his career, he has been actively engaged with major hotels and restaurants including well known local establishments such as The Crane Resort & Residences, Sandy Lane Hotel and Patisserie Flindt. Paul has successfully determined and maintained optimum standards required to effectively manage hotel operations. He possesses experience in all aspects of hotel management at luxury hotels. Paul has been actively involved in the BHTA and is currently a Board Member.
